Kolab News
Yesterday I experienced strange problem after Kolab 3 installation on Debian Wheezy as I couldn't add an initial user account using admin interface.
The very first thing to check if you are having this problem is to execute command:
# /usr/lib/mozldap/ldapsearch /usr/lib/mozldap/ldapsearch: error while loading shared libraries: libsoftokn3.so:

To me, eMail servers are one of the most complicated but most interesting things there are in the technical world. However, in the past I did some attempts to setup a full-featured eMail-Server environment using the Citadel and the Kolab 2.2.4 groupware software.
It worked, though for me neither of them felt “complete”.

1) /etc/postfix/main.cf:
mynetworks erweitert um das interne Netz (und evtl. Subnetze)
- per default war das nur 127.0.0.1
2) Die Default-Limits (20MB) sind für meine Begriffe zu niedrig, also stellen wir höhere Werte (40MB) ein.
hinzufügen zu /etc/postfix/main.cf:
message_size_limit = 41943040
mailbox_size_limit = 41943040
Postfix anschliessend neu
I have allready writen a post how to install kolab on centos 6.3. Today I decided to install kolab 3.0 for testing purposes on a CentOS vm. It was a Centos 6.3 clean installation, I decided to updated to Centos 6.4, and then try to install kolab 3.0.
This time things worked out of the box! No conflict, no error, excellent installation process!!!
